Upon your arrival, we will warmly welcome you at the airport and provide an overview of your itinerary. We will then begin our scenic drive to Thimphu. Along the way, we’ll stop to visit Bhutan’s oldest suspension bridge, dating back to the 15th century.

The monastery is home to many sacred Buddha statues and powerful deities, believed to be wish-fulfilling figures from ancient times.
We will enjoy a peaceful picnic lunch by the riverside, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Following this, we will continue our hike to Dodedra Monastery, which will take approximately 2 ½ hours. If we’re fortunate, we may have the opportunity to stay overnight at the monastery’s guest house.
